Hipstamatic Adds Multi Exposure Kit

This weekend the latest Hipstamatic 260 upgrade arrived. It comes with a slick multi exposure kit. You can now snap double, triple, even quadruple exposure photos. It's 99 cents and available in your Hipstamart within the app. I have begun experimenting with black and white with the kit. It's great to see how the different Hipstamatic gear of film and lens combos change with the exposures.  Additionally, with this upgrade, you get new views on your prints and stacks and the app supports portrait and landscape orientations. Plus, the flash switch has been retooled to be super easy. The flash stays on until you turn it off.  And included is a "Rock the Vote" film pack just in time for the election. Check out my iPhone Charger! It's so Madman!

My iPhone happily charges up daily on my Laboratorio Altieri docking camera/charger. It's made  out of old Minolta Pocket point and shoot camera. Isn't it adorable? It's part vintage camera, part iPhone USB charger and available on Etsy. I know you vintage camera lovers will cringe for a moment when seeing these camera bodies repurposed for docking stations. The chargers are handcrafted by Roberto Altieri who hand selects the broken camera bodies for each charger. He lovingly takes the remains of old, discarded camera corpses and retro fits them with a standard Apple USB cable/charger. It's upcycling at its best. Prop you iPhone in and your device is stylishily charged on this gorgeously novel charger. They are sturdy and balanced without a chance of tipping over. And Roberto's stock is constantly changing with the different camera bodies that he finds and refurbishes. Check out his pinterest for the full catalog of chargers he has made and sold. Possibly the most beautiful is the Beacon. I enjoyed my Pocket Minolta so much that I got another for my desk at the office - a 1950's Hawkeye Brownie! My fellow employees promise to steal it daily.
